4^th Annual Fall Harvest Conference

Brian will be giving a 90 minute presentation, “Introduction to Truffles and Truffle Farming” starting at 2:30pm, Saturday, September 9^th. The program will cover the primary truffle species in commerce, the growing potential of the industry in the United States, a summary of challenges the industry faces, and all aspects of planning, establishing, and maintaining a profitable orchard. Marketing, sales, and distribution will also be covered.
