About Carolina Truffières

We initially chose to plant a truffle orchard as an alternative crop in order to diversify our farm. After considerable research and travel learning about the industry from a horticultural perspective, we recognized significant problems with the current offerings of inoculated seedlings in the United States. Our business model addresses these limitations with new technologies and insight from a missing horticultural perspective. We have over 30 years of horticultural experience, industry leadership, and business success. We also bring nearly 30 years of experience in business finance, marketing, government regulatory topics, and business leadership both domestically and internationally. With this experience in horticulture and business, we intend to serve our customer base; and in the process transform and elevate the truffle market in the United States.

We are pleased to offer inoculated seedlings and trees, re-inoculation methods, and consulting services to other orchardists to establish productive truffières, maintain them, and equally importantly, profit from them.
